Gavin Freeman - Partner - Leadership Services, Australia

Gavin consults across Australia and Asia to CEO’s, Executives, Managers and Elite Coaches, delivering a variety of experiential Strategic Management Workshops, Innovation Leadership Consulting, Executive Coaching, and the development of High Performing Teams. He is a registered psychologist with experience in both the Olympic, professional sporting and corporate world. He has held a Directors position within a large consulting company as well as an internal head of HR. His 22 years of experience in human capital consulting has been with blue-chip Australian and International organisations, across numerous industries including banking, construction, mining, telecommunication and government. 

Lena Kozovski - Partner, Canada

Lena has worked extensively with senior executives, board members, and investors internationally, supporting their talent management needs across a broad spectrum of areas including senior level strategic hiring, Board and C-suite recruitment, advisory services, executive assessment/ succession, as well as Diversity and Inclusion projects. She has held leadership roles for large global companies including CN Rail and TD Bank and was CEO of a CSE listed Health Care company. Lena has served as an Executive Committee member for Women in Mining, Toronto as well as a member of Women in Mining, UK.

Caroline Søeborg Ahlefeldt - Partner Denmark

Caroline is highly regarded as a trusted advisor in C-suite and board level executive search, working on both national and international assignments. Throughout her career, she has served on the boards of over 25 companies, including Denmark's largest retailer. As an experienced entrepreneur, she has founded or co-founded companies across a diverse range of industries, including digital services, publishing, education, design, sustainable fashion, and cutting-edge event formats. 

Pía Schleede - Partner, Chile

Having first joined the firm in 2007 as a Researcher, Pía subsequently developed her career as a Consultant within Executive Search, as Editor-in-Chief in a local fashion magazine and as Marketing Manager at a Chilean jewelry and lifestyle brand. She returned to Amrop in 2021 as a Consultant and became Partner in 2023.

Carola Martel - Partner, Chile

Having first joined the firm in 2007 as Researcher and Junior Consultant, Carola subsequently developed her career in other local executive search firms and founded her own firm, Bsearch, in 2014. She returned to Amrop Chile in 2018 as Senior Consultant and became Partner in 2023.
