Ritu is a passionate advocate for India’s solar and renewable energy transition and has been a leading voice for accelerating the deployment of India’s renewable energy adoption, especially in the Industrial, Commercial and Retail segments. She invests a substantial amount of time in training and mentoring solar professionals, renewable startups, and B-school students. She is a member of several committees aiming to increase the participation of women in the energy transition. Ritu also collaborates with international agencies to train government officials across several countries on critical aspects of rooftop solar.
