Ping is an Associate Partner at Amrop Singapore and specialises in executive coaching and assessments, leadership and people advisory. Ping had enjoyed an amazing ride with HEINEKEN for 25 years until August 2021. A Taiwanese married to a Dutchman with two teenage daughters, Ping lived in Taiwan, the US, Hong Kong, and the Netherlands and has made Singapore her home in the past 16 years.

In her last role, where she was the Senior Director, HR for APAC region for eight years, Ping was an integral member of the Regional Leadership Team and Global HR Leadership Team. Ping was the driving force of BOOST – APAC’s strategic approach to talent development - with her passion for building a sustainable pipeline of APAC talent for the region and beyond. In 2013 she established the Asia Pacific Graduate (APG) Program, and in that time, over 120 APG have joined the business. She also launched the MT Fast-Track and the “Uncage” transformation program for leaders across more than 20 countries. Ping was a Member of the Board of Heineken Malaysia Berhad.

Ping graduated with a master’s degree in Business Administration from Babson College, Massachusetts, and attended the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan and the Women’s Leadership Program at Yale School of Management. She is a Certified Co-Active Coach, a trained Organization, Systems & Relationship Coaching (ORSC) professional and a certified practitioner of Hogan Assessment Systems. She is also a Certified Chair of the Advisory Board Centre. Ping is currently advancing her coaching training on Neuroscience & Consciousness Transformation.
