In each of our leadership programs, we create learning spaces that encourage leaders to challenge themselves; rethink their current management model; broaden their perspective; and design alternative actions that will enable them to observe new results in a continuous and iterative journey of awareness and growth. 

1Upboarding

We actively support leaders during the initial months of their transition into new companies and roles, ensuring they undergo a smooth and healthy adaptation process. 

We aim to be present during a crucial phase of personal and team empowerment. 

The program maximizes the leader’s experience by accelerating the deployment of their potential within a focused space for reflection, support, and planning. We promote conscious integration into new challenges and alignment with organizational expectations to enhance value creation. 

Our 8-session program invites leaders to recognize the emotions at play, accelerate their adaptation to the new culture and/or role, reflect on the specific challenges of their role, and design effective management strategies for their new position. 

2Focused Coaching

Our Program aims to foster new behaviors in leaders in response to the challenges presented by their context. We encourage executives to engage in a conscious learning process that translates into concrete actions. 

Our Focused Coaching provides participants with a space for reflection and self-awareness to challenge their current management style according to the organizational context; redesign their personal leadership style; rebuild strategic relationships; increase role ownership; promote more effective potential deployment; and ensure alignment of expectations with the company. 

With a pragmatic, action-oriented approach, our processes promote clear objectives and visible results. We believe that identifying and acknowledging areas for development is the first step toward initiating a learning and growth process, which then manifests as a change in professional behavior. 

Our methodology is based on first and second-order learning from ontological coaching and tools from the English GROW coaching model. 

3Discovery Programs

Discovery Programs are designed to foster development and shift mindsets in leaders, aligned with the organization's strategy and context. 

We facilitate group spaces for reflection and learning aimed at challenging team attributes and behavioral dynamics. We address team effectiveness and strategy. 

We understand that when teams are aligned towards a common goal and committed to achieving it, expectations are exceeded and a sense of belonging grows. 

Some topics we have explored with our clients include: Purposeful Leadership, Collaboration and Agreements, Ownership, Effective Communication, and the Challenges of Change, among others. 

4Assessments

Business strategy is only possible if the company has the talent needed to achieve its goals today and in the future. 

Our Assessments are a tool for detecting and evaluating talent for processes such as Succession Planning, Potential Identification, Development Plans, and Organizational Restructuring. 

We understand both the talent within the organization and the talent it needs to make informed decisions and seize business opportunities. 

We evaluate talent with consistency and agility using scientific methods and our decades of experience in search and development. The outcome of our work provides valuable insights for talent selection, promotion, and development decisions. 

5Performance Booster

The Program allows our client to identify aspects or competencies that need to be strengthened or modified in an executive to enhance the performance of a valuable resource and prevent its loss. This Program is designed for companies that believe in the importance of building and maintaining a high-performance executive team. 

Our Performance Booster provides organizations with a management tool for cases where an executive's performance is not meeting expectations. It aims to ensure that the investment the company has made in the selection, attraction, development, and training of the resource remains sustainable. 

The Process aims to raise the leader's awareness of their current position so they can develop more effective management strategies in their role. The Program enables our client to identify areas or competencies that need to be strengthened or modified in the executive to boost the performance of a valuable resource and prevent its loss.
